We launched the 5th version of Microsip 2018.

The end of the year is approaching and the tax changes continue. On November 1st, the cancellation of invoices published by the SAT began. The first hours of this new law were (technologically speaking) of instability that were gradually stabilizing.

At Microsip we were ready with these features for our users since September, however we had to tighten some screws when the SAT started to operate in a productive environment, for this reason we launched the 5th edition of the 2018 version and here we give you the details:

This new version of Microsip is packed with fiscal, technological and functional improvements, some of which are:

  • More payments, more sales. Point of Sale users will now be able to collect payments from credit or debit cards from any bank through the "Electronic Merchant Solutions" platform of the Omicron group (Omicron-EMS)

  • 100% cancellation . SAT cancellation parameters have been adjusted, applicable to Sales, Point of Sale and Accounts Receivable systems.

  • Improved Export to Excel. All modules now allow exporting document viewers, substantially improving information analysis. Of course, this includes the accounting module!

  • Compensation payments. In Accounts Receivable Hourly, it is now possible to issue Electronic Payment Receipts (EPRs) even when banking information that will affect Banks is not required.
  • Payroll up to date. This module includes the provisions of appendix 5 of the filling out guide, in addition to including in the payments the company's contributions to the savings fund and the new hiring regime recently added by the SAT. It also adjusts to the new cancellation parameters.
  • More personalized accounting. The import of XMLs and the automation of policies based on pre-designed templates continue to be improved, allowing formulas and functions to be added to fill out the policy with data that comes in the CFDi XML.
  • Online stores and stocks. E-commerce continues to grow and so does Microsip's Zinc ecommerce, which now improves integration between catalogs and adjusts to Shopify's new stock management.
  • Security is a priority . The automatic backup tool continues to evolve and now adds a function to validate the integrity of the backed up file to avoid backing up damaged files. It also conforms to Google's new security standards, as it uses Google Drive for cloud backups.
