Corporate training can be defined as the set of educational activities aimed at expanding the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees, which will allow them to carry out their tasks and activities more efficiently.
One of the keys to success in SMEs is having trained employees. Numerous studies indicate that the most productive and efficient employees are those who have received training and education.
